Terms & Conditions – Returns Policy

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. However, products must be returned unused in their original condition and we will not cover your costs in returning the goods to us. Postage for returning goods is therefore your responsibility.

If the goods you receive are faulty please return them to us after notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original packaging which clearly shows the batch number and expiry date and we will replace them, or refund the cost of the goods and carriage. The timescales for an exchange or replacement are dependent on stock levels.

Please send your return and clearly label all returns to ‘Returns Department’ providing us with your:

Email Address
Daytime telephone number
Reason for Return
Action you require i.e. Exchange or Refund

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Refunding of money: Please allow 10 working days for your account to be credited once the goods have been returned back to us. This is due to the process of refunding and not any delay on our part.
